P'Ship. Assoc. prof. Dalia Bankauskaitė

Dalia Bankauskaitė teaches Master course of Public Diplomacy at the Communication Faculty, Vilnius University. The course looks into how states employ the public diplomacy – a soft power to influence across the globe, what factors make the soft power a successful tool of foreign policy; can a country without a “normal” military capabilities rely only on its economic, cultural, technological and some other soft power strength to increase its influence. The course aims to stimulate a dialogue among students, scholars and practitioners in the public diplomacy sphere.

Dalia Bankauskaite is a Media Program Director at Vilnius Institute of Policy Analysis (VIPA), Lithuania and  Adjunct Fellow at the Center for European Policy Analysis (CEPA) in Washington, D.C. She has an extensive professional experience in dealing with the public and private sectors in integrated communication and marketing, and project management in Lithuania, Ukraine, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Georgia. Ms. Bankauskaitė holds a Master’s degree from the LSE, UK and EMBA from Baltic Management Institute (BMI) in Lithuania.

Assoc. prof. dr. Miglė Eleonora Černikovaitė

Miglė Eleonora Černikovaitė, Dr. associate professor and practitioner who is actively involved in educational activities, teaches at universities and provides counseling for business organisations. Miglė has 12 years of practical and 7 years of pedagogical work experience in strategic management and marketing, and teaches the international business environment, strategic branding and digital marketing.

Assist. prof. dr. Beata Grebliauskienė

Assist. prof. dr. Beata Grebliauskienė is a lecturer at the Faculty of Communication, Vilnius University, where she teaches crisis communication, business protocol and other courses in English and in Lithuanian languages.

Assist. prof. dr. Beata Grebliauskienė is author of a number of research papers and books (or book chapters) in the field of communication and diplomatic protocol. She has been involved in numerous research and applied research projects.

P'Ship. Assoc. prof. Jolanta Gužaitė – Quintus

Reputation communications professional with 20 years of experience in political communication, branding and social responsibility, the Executive Director of European Film Forum Scanorama & lecturer at Vilnius University.

Being a practitioner, Jolanta focuses on hands on experience in planning & implementing communication campaigns and gives course on Communication project at Vilnius University. During this course students apply communication planning & creative ideas development methods used by advertising and PR agencies.

Jolanta has 5 years of experience working as Adviser to the President of Lithuania Dalia Grybauskaite. Before joining the President‘s team Jolanta worked as communications consultant with business clients.

Jolanta is a fellow member of Lithuanian Public Relations Specialists’ Association. She has joined the Board of the organisation Save the Children Lithuania in 2016.

Jolanta loves diving, films and books.

Sr. Lect., Dr. Lina Jakučionienė

Lina Jakučionienė counts almost 20 years of experience in the communications field, both internal and external, as well as international communication.

For 10 years Lina has been the Director of Corporate Communication at ERGO insurance group in the Baltic States. She worked as the Head of the Public Relations Department of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Lithuania and as the CEO of „European Innovation Projects “.

Lina also has work experience in the German Parliament and the European Parliament.

Lina is the Ambassador of the European Association of Communication Directors for Lithuania. Lina has been the Chairwoman of the Lithuanian Communication Association. Since 2017 she is the Member of the Management Committee for the International Communication master’s degree Study Programmes of Vilnius university. For 7 years Lina is the Jury member of European Digital Communication Awards in Berlin.

Lina got a PhD in 2024 and works as the lecturer at Vilnius university.

Assoc. prof. dr. Ilona Michailovič

Dr. Ilona Michailovič is an associate professor at the Gender Studies Centre, Faculty of Communication, Vilnius University. She received her Ph.D. in law from Vilnius University in 2001. Her research areas include legal gender studies, law against discrimination, and gender-based violence. She teaches „Discrimination, Violence and Human Rights“.

P'Ship Assoc. prof. dr. Darius Albertas Udrys

Darius Albertas Udrys, PhD is a public relations and organisational development specialist with 20 years of international professional experience in Europe and the United States of America. He is Strategy Director and Founding Partner at Neue Unica branding agency. Dr. Udrys was Founding Director of Go Vilnius, the official development agency of the City of Vilnius, and is a public affairs consultant with Fipra Lithuania. From 2011–2015, he was Vice-Rector for Development and Communication at the European Humanities University in Vilnius.

Dr. Udrys was born and raised in a Lithuanian family in the United States of America. Before moving to Vilnius, Lithuania in 2011, he actively contributed to the promotion of Lithuanian culture abroad, was President of the Los Angeles Lithuanian Community, and coordinated the Los Angeles–Kaunas Sister Cities Program.

Dr. Udrys worked as a broadcast journalist and editor for the Lithuanian Service of Radio Free Europe in Prague and as a correspondent for Lithuanian State Radio. He also worked as program manager and development director at the Los Angeles-based Center for Civic Education. He holds a political science PhD and an MA in politics from Claremont Graduate University, as well as a BA in German and political science from Hillsdale College.

P'Ship Assoc. prof. Liutauras Ulevičius

Liutauras is a practice-oriented scholar with 16+ years of experience in various fields of public relations and communication. Following Russian offensive campaign in Ukraine Liutauras started to focus on information warfare and strategic communication, therefore he is currently lecturing Propaganda Technologies. At the same time he is continuing his academic research in the area, where issues of public communication, IT and legal regulation collide. Outside university he is an advisor to the leading political party in Lithuania and works in the parliament.

Lect. dr. Antanas Venckus

Dr. Antanas Venckus is a professional diplomat with a teaching experience at the universities since 2005. Antanas obtained a Ph.D. degree in political sciences at Vytautas Magnus University in 2010. His wide academic interests cover security studies, economic diplomacy, trade policy, international relations and business.
