The aim of the first cycle study programme "Innovative Communication and Entrepreneurship" is to prepare highly qualified communication specialists who understand and are able to apply communication, digital media and marketing solutions, and are able to create and communicate content in multiple media, using essential knowledge of responsible and innovative business creation, entrepreneurial mindset and competences.
The study programme ensures a coherent development of students' competences, focusing on the contemporary challenges of communication, innovation and entrepreneurship. The teaching methods used in the programme, such as lectures, seminars, case studies, group work and problem-based learning, enable students to acquire theoretical knowledge and apply it in practice. These methods are designed to develop not only critical and creative thinking, but also communication, teamwork and problem-solving skills.
Acquired skills
The ability to integrate communication, technology and entrepreneurship, to understand the dynamics of innovative communication, digital media and modern marketing, the principles of entrepreneurship, start-up creation and management, sustainable economics, finance and strategic management, will increase the competitiveness of the graduates, enable them to adapt to different professional fields and challenges and to succeed in the rapidly changing labour market. This study programme will develop entrepreneurial leaders who will be able to successfully manage communication processes and innovation in organizations, apply strategic thinking, initiate and manage change in organizations using innovative communication methods.
The programme aims to equip graduates with the ability to analyse and apply theories of communication, develop innovative projects in the field of communication and/or business, manage organizational communication processes and ensure the development of start-ups. It will develop skills to plan research, analyse data and present results to stakeholders, as well as foster creativity, entrepreneurial thinking, collaboration, responsibility, intercultural communication, critical thinking and the ability to adapt quickly to change. Future professionals will learn to act ethically, socially responsibly and innovatively to solve complex problems, adding value not only to organizations, but also to society.
