Konferencija skiriama lietuviškosios periodinės spaudos 200 metų sukakčiai paminėti ir aptarti periodinių leidinių istorinės kaitos ir jų paveldo tyrimus, šiandienos periodikos leidybos ir sklaidos savitumus, išryškinti svarbiausius šiuolaikinės periodinės spaudos leidybos pokyčius, su kuriais susiduria Baltijos regiono ir kitų šalių tinklaveikos visuomenės.

Konferencija vyks anglų kalba.
