The main aim of ARKWORK is to build a trans-disciplinary network that brings together the multidisciplinary work of researchers of archaeological practices and their current projects in the field of archaeological knowledge production and use to make a major push forward in the current state of-the-art in knowing how archaeological knowledge is produced, how it is used and how to maximise its positive impact in the society. The main aim of the Action is to trigger the next discovery phase of this legacy through forging a new, reflexive approach and providing a platform for incubating networked, transnational, multidisciplinary and technology-conscious research with creative dissemination capacities.
