On 26-27 of March, the Faculty of Communication will host Ana Mafalda Matias from the Polytechnic University of Viseu (Portugal).
She will be giving lectures to the students of the Master's Degree in International Communication, in which will cover:
- Image, reputation, and credibility
- Crisis management and crisis communication
- Crisis communication plan: Before, During, and After.
On Tuesday (26 March) from 17:00 to 18:30 Auditorium 208.
Wednesday (27 March) from 11:00 to 14:30 Auditorium 204.

Ana Mafalda Matias boasts over 9 years of expertise in project management, digital communication, and marketing. Her repertoire includes digital marketing project management, social media management, websites, and strategy. Presently, she holds the role of Project Manager and Consultant at IAMIN, a distinguished digital marketing agency.
