Dear students, as you are probably aware, the situation regarding the covid-19 in Lithuania is rapidly becoming more serious so we’d like to send you a few reminders regarding the current situation.
It is very important to keep social distancing and avoid big social gatherings as much as it’s possible. Make sure to wear your masks everywhere in the public places, especially indoors, wash or disinfect your hands regularly and practice respiratory hygiene. If you feel any cold symptoms, make sure to stay at home.
In case you feel any symptoms such as fever, cough, difficulty breathing or you have been in contact with an infected person, make sure to call the hotline 1808 (it is free of charge and available 24 hours a day). You will be given a consultation and instructions on what to do by the public health care specialist. Please note that if you are registered to get the test done after calling the hotline, you will have to self-isolate until you are tested. If you have been registered for a test and you are living in the dormitories, please contact the accommodation office at or +370 5 269 8848 to get the information on where you can spend your self-isolation.
Once you get your test results, you should register for a consultation with a doctor. You can register at the local public health care center Antakalnio Poliklinika by calling +370 5 234 2515.
